Brooks have improved the Trail Adapt System - which integrates a flexible rock plate with their soft DNA LOFT v3 foam cushioning to provide even better protection and adaptability for long trail runs. The Cascadia 19 has been updated with 2mm more nitrogen-infused cushioning in the heel and 4mm more in the forefoot for extra softness. While an airy mesh upper with added structure ensures a secure, breathable fit.
