A long-standing runner himself, Paul has represented Surrey on the track and in cross-country events, bringing practical insight to his work.
Philippa Lock
Philippa is a registered Osteopath and Sports Therapist who joined Fitstuff in 2010 to establish the Fitstuff Clinic. Since then, she has built a highly professional and experienced team committed to exceptional care in a welcoming, supportive environment.
The clinic offers osteopathy, physiotherapy, injury rehabilitation, exercise physiology testing, and tailored Pilates and strength classes to support runners and active individuals.
Andy Cornelius
One of the county’s leading run technique specialists, Andy holds a degree in Sport Rehabilitation and has a MSc in Strength and Conditioning. He is a well-recognised and qualified Running Biomechanics and Technique Specialist with a strong focus on helping runners of all abilities improve their performance and efficiency while reducing the risk of injury.
Marcus Etheridge
With a master’s in sports physiology and a 2:26 marathon PB from Valencia, Marcus blends scientific expertise with top level running. At Fitstuff, he brings energy, ambition, and a performance mindset to both customers and store development.
Josefin Ivarsson
A Physiotherapist with a master’s in Musculoskeletal Medicine, specialising in running performance and injury rehab. I help runners overcome injuries, build strength and stay injury-free using rehab and tailored strength training.
As an ultra-trail runner I understand the demands of the sport and the importance of building resilient, efficient movement.
Gemma Read
A local trail runner who likes nothing better than planning and executing new routes round the beautiful Surrey countryside. Gemma can often be found helping at and participating in local trail events and she is a Run Director at Guildford Junior parkrun. She has taken part in most distances from 5k park runs to 100km Ultra runs.
Theika Botterill
Theika is a sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Southampton University. Working for over twenty years, she has a wealth of post-operative rehabilitation experience and a strong sporting background.
Elle Fulton
Elle is a Pilates teacher at Fitstuff. As a professional dancer, Pilates and Yoga have always been an important part of her life.
