Shipping policy

UK orders placed before 1pm are usually despatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). All deliveries are made using Royal Mail Tracked 24 which should be delivered the next business day, including Saturdays, though the Royal Mail doesn't guarantee this and it can take 2 working days. You will receive a notification email containing a Royal Mail tracking number when your order has been despatched.

UK delivery is free of charge on orders over £100.00.  For orders under £50.00 a delivery fee of £3.95 applies, for orders between £50 - £100 a delivery fee of £4.95 applies.  This will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at websales@fitstuff.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

In-store pickup

You can elect to pickup orders from our store in Chapel Street, Guildford. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00-17:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:30-16:30 on Sunday.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
