The HRM-Fit heart rate monitor transmits accurate real-time heart rate and performance data to your compatible Garmin smartwatches and Edge® bike computers, compatible fitness equipment, the Tacx Training app and other apps. This monitor provides accurate heart rate data for various activities, including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT, fitness classes and more.
When paired to your compatible Garmin smartwatches, HRM-Fit™ captures running dynamics — such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time balance, stride length, vertical ratio and more all to help improve your form.
The battery life is up to 1 year (based on average use of 1 hour per day).
