The Ultimate Performance Reusable Cold/Hot Packs are suitable for both cold and hot therapies. The packs are filled with a non-toxic gel that will retain heat or cold for a minimum of one hour. The gel stays soft and flexible after freezing, even in temperatures as low as -20°C.
Easy to apply, the soft gel moulds around body shapes to provide consistent coverage. To use as a cold pack, freeze for 20 minutes. To use as a heat pack, soak in hot water for 10 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
